I am writing to express my thanks to Jon Aldrich, the project manager, and to Michael Countey, Rimon Ziky, and Nahdi Muhammed, for their competence, courtesy, and patience in preparing my unit for the windows and door replacement, and in putting my furniture, files, and office equipment back in place after the work was completed. My unit did require extra effort on their part, and they were very diligent in making sure not to damage my equipment, in breaking it down and in putting it back together, and in moving everything back in position.
I apologize for not mentioning any others who should be named. The actual windows and door work seems nicely done, and the crew obviously also were careful of my furniture and equipment, since I found no damage.
As far as I'm concerned, the project went very well and I thank all involved.
